- One free initial consultation to answer questions, discuss your desires, and see if I'm a good fit for your birth team.
- Two Prenatal visits during pregnancy to provide resources, practice comfort techniques and discuss your birth plan.
- Client packet containing evidence based information and local resources.
- On going support through phone call, text or email.
- 24/7 On call support from 37 weeks of pregnancy up to two weeks after birth.
- Continuous support during labor and birth up to two hours after birth, or until mom is situated and breastfeeding is established.
- Herbal postpartum bath kit for mom and baby. Bath herbs come in muslin steeping bags with 1/2 cup of epsom salts.

- One Postpartum visit (mom sets the time) up to two weeks after birth to discuss your birth experience and provide additional support or resources that may be helpful.
Fees
I charge $400 for my complete care package listed above.
If I am unable to attend your birth for some unforeseen reason, I will issue a 50 percent refund.
I offer back-up doula options in the event that I am unable to make it to your birth.
Placenta Encapsulation
I charge doula clients an additional $150 for raw placenta encapsulation. I am experienced in raw placenta preparation and I practice sterile techniques to ensure your placenta is processed safely.
For non-doula clients I charge $200.
